We have done our best to display as accurately as possible for the colors of the products shown on the PROMLOOK.com web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
All dress images contained in this site; we have done our best to display as accurately as possible for the products shown on the PROMLOOK.com web site. However, depending on the style, there can be 5%-10% difference from the actual dress.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible size chart for every product shown on the PROMLOOK.com web site. However, each dress is handmade individually, there can be +.5 to -.5 inch of size difference of actual dress.
Copyright and Piracy
All images contained in this site are copyrighted intellectual property of PROMLOOK, Inc. Traceable digital watermarks have been embedded in all images. Watermarks are tracked to find copied images anywhere on the Internet and their location reported back to us immediately. Our attorney is instructed to file suit on any company that takes or alters any of our content, pictures, or alterations to models pictures- we do not give warnings on this- We WILL prosecute pirates to the fullest extent of law.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
The information of the PROMLOOK.com web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Currently we accept the following credit cards: Discover, Visa, Master, and American express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product to you must be brought to the attention of PROMLOOK representative within 3 business day of receiving the item(s). A new order must be placed for the correct item(s) to be shipped out. After, the new order is made; PROMLOOK will issue a return label with regular ground shipping regardless of what shipping method was chosen at time of purchase. PROMLOOK will not be responsible for any expedited shipping costs chosen on the newly placed order a shipping label will be sent to you for the wrong item(s) to be post marked and mailed back within 7 business day of receiving the incorrect item(s). Once the item(s) are received and confirmed that all original tags are attached, item(s) are in new condition, and all parts are present such as free ties, headbands, bloomers, hats, etc., you will be refunded. If the incorrect item(s) is not postmarked within 7 business day from receiving the order, a re-stocking fee may apply.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PROMLOOK, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
PROMLOOK reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 12:00PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Privacy on Other Web Sites
When ordering with us, we want our customers to feel confident that their personal information and credit card data is completely safe. On PROMLOOK.com, we employ 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that safely encrypts all of your private information when placing an order, and guarantees it is sent securely into our systems to be processed. PROMLOOK values your privacy and will not share your information.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.
We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.
Return and Exchange
Please contact us via phone or email within 48 hours after you have received your package if you would like to make an exchange to a different size. Make sure that the item you are exchanging is in its original condition, with the original tag and wrappings. We reserve the right to charge a 20%-70% restocking fee if the item is damaged or tainted. Packages must be postmarked within 3 days from delivery arrival. If the package is not postmarked within the allowed 3 days of receiving the delivery, it will automatically be disqualified for an exchange. Please write the invoice number on the box, as this will also serve as the RA (Return Authorization) number. Make sure you securely package the returning item as we will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process. All shipping fees incurred on exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.
We do not accept returns under any circumstance. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If a shipment is refused upon delivery, USPS will charge our company for the full cost of having the shipment returned back to our facility. The original shipping charges (to you) and the return shipping charges (back to us) will be deducted from the credit amount. All other return policies will apply.
Your credit card processor charges the minute that you enter your credit card number in order to obtain approval. Because orders are processed immediately, any changes or cancellations after receiving confirmation will be charged 15% of the total order to cover any expenses (including credit card processing fees) that we incur to make these changes or cancellations. Cancellations cost our company more time and fees that an actual order that ships. Please make sure that you are ready to make the purchase as we cannot waive these hard costs.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, PROMLOOK.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PROMLOOK shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, PROMLOOK shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. If the item has been shipped you must notify a PROMLOOK representative within 1 business day of receiving your order. In the event a product description listed is incorrect due to typographical error or error in information received from our suppliers, you must notify a PROMLOOK representative within 1 business day of receiving your order.
Most orders are shipped within one to three business days after you place your order, provided the product(s) ordered are in stock in our main warehouse. Orders will not be processed, shipped, or delivered on Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays. If the wear date is within 7 business days of your order date, we encourage you to choose an express shipping option. We do not guarantee arrival date of an order. Once an order is placed, the shipping option that was selected on the order can no longer be changed.
