Returns & Exchange
Please contact us via phone or email within 24 hours after you have received your package if you would like to make an one-time exchange to a different size. Make sure that the item you are exchanging is in its original condition, with the original tag and wrappings.We reserve the right to charge a 20%-50% restocking fee if the item is damaged or tainted. Packages must be postmarked within 3 days from delivery arrival. If the package is not postmarked within the allowed 3 days of receiving the delivery, it will automatically be disqualified for an exchange. Please write the invoice number on the box, as this will also serve as the RA (Return Authorization) number. Make sure you securely package the returning item as we will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process. Any merchandise received by air on a Friday or Saturday cannot be exchanged. This only applies to customers who call in for emergency air-shipping. All shipping fees incurred on exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.
